Change of Mind
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We want you to love your crystals! If your order arrives damaged or faulty due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. Include photos of the damage and your order number. Once verified, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Damages
Crystals are delicate, and despite our careful packaging, accidents can happen during transit. Claims for damaged items must be reported promptly so we can resolve the issue quickly.
